Collision spec
Circle↔AABB with minimal-translation axis resolution: shallowest penetration wins,
so top/bottom hits flip dy and side hits flip dx.
Only the closest brick per sub-step resolves, and dead bricks are removed from the
query set — no double hits, no tunnelling, velocity magnitude preserved.
Paddle deflection maps hit offset to a ±63° exit angle.
