Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the llm-bench.io platform and benchmark client.

2. Benchmark submissions

By submitting benchmark results, you confirm that the data reflects genuine hardware and software performance. Fabricated or manipulated results are prohibited and may be removed without notice.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

Benchmark results are user-submitted and may not represent all possible configurations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reproducibility of any benchmark data displayed on the platform.

4. Proprietary software

The platform source code and all benchmarking tools are proprietary software. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited. Third-party components included in the platform are subject to their respective open-source licenses.

5. Benchmark data: ownership and permitted use

The benchmark database — including the collection, selection, verification, aggregation, and arrangement of all submitted results, derived statistics, and quality assessments — is owned by the operator of llm-bench.io and is protected as a database, including under the sui generis database right (EU Directive 96/9/EC, as implemented in Austrian law) and by copyright in its structure, selection, and presentation. Contributors grant the operator the right to store, display, aggregate, and publish their submissions, and retain no exclusive rights in the compiled database.

Permitted use. You may view individual results on the platform and reference them for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you clearly attribute llm-bench.io and link to the corresponding source page.

Prohibited without prior written permission. The following are not permitted:

  • automated access, scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of results, whether through the website, the API, or any other means;
  • extraction or re-utilization of the whole or a substantial part of the database, evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively, including through repeated and systematic access to insubstantial parts;
  • redistribution, republication, resale, or inclusion of the data, or any substantial part of it, in another product, dataset, or service, including datasets used to train or evaluate machine-learning models;
  • use of the data to build, operate, or improve a service that competes with llm-bench.io.

API. The read API is provided solely to operate the llm-bench.io website for individual, interactive use. Programmatic, automated, or high-volume access is not permitted without a separate license.

Licensing. Commercial use, redistribution, or bulk or programmatic access may be available under a separate written agreement. To request a license, contact the operator using the details on the Impressum page.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on benchmark data presented on this platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The courts of Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
